No they aren't all born that way. I had one born with blue eyes, and the other 3 were born with brown. It is however becoming more of an occurence that babies are born with blue, but it isn't standard. Some are even born with green, or hazel. Usually if a child is born with brown eyes, they stay brown, but, if a child is born with blue, they usually change, if indeed the color is going to, to another color like hazel or green, and even brown. Yes there are a lot of babies that are born with blue eyes but when I was born my eyes were dark dark dark!!! They turned out to be brown so they pretty much stayed the same. Hope this helps you.

My mother tells me I was born with green eyes, which are now brown. When I was younger they were very light, to the point of being orange in the summer, but now they are darker. It is very important have the right nationality to have blue eyes. When the baby develops the blue eyes inside the mother normally ask for passport, if she/he doesn't have VISA normally the baby has blue eyes.
