I don't know if I can "answer" your question but I own a C42F that needs the rollers replaced. The store where I bought it says the company discontinued that model and that parts would be very hard to find. So if anyone has one of these that can be parted out, I would be interested in the rollers! If you are thinking about buying one of these just be aware that it will be difficult to find parts should you need them. Good luck.
