The swollen lymph node in neck can be due to throat or ear infections. The lymphoma has other symptoms along with swollen lymph node. These are fever, weight loss, sweating at night, itching on body, weakness, loss of appetite, selling of face and breathing problems. It will be better to visit a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Go to your doctor and let them decide what it is. You need to be checked out and the sooner the better. Not all symptoms if any are necessarily present if it is lymphoma. Don't think it could be this or could be that, let your doctor decide. Go and be checked out and go now.
