The breast calcification is the deposition of calcium in the breast. You have not mentioned complete details of your mammography. It can be macrocalcification and microcalcification of breast. The macrocalcification is benign and can be due to aging of the breast arteries, injuries and inflammation of the breast. The microcalcifications can be cancerous. The stress is not the cause of any of the form of breast calcification.
