There doesn't have to be a male around for the hen to lay eggs.
Of course the eggs will not be fertile.

See peahen cannot crossbreed in natural condition there is whole scientific procedure for that  you should have peacock for successful breeding.

Peafowl can cross with other fowl. Peahens and turkeys most definitely can crossbreed. The frequency of fertile eggs is very low during these efforts. Check upaforums.com for more info.

What will happen to the egg, what should I do with it, she has layed 3 eggs to-day, no peacock around just the peahen.
