This is definitely the Republican party. There certainly are Republicans who are pro-choice and believe in the constitutional separation of church and state, but many more prominent members of this party such as the Tea Party movement have espoused the ideas you mention. This has caused a lot of debate within the party, but so far there has been no actual split.
