It is very difficult to diagnose these lumps which bleed because these can be simply bleeding blisters or external hemorrhoids. Only examination of these lumps will enable proper diagnosis. Hemorrhoids can be internal, external or prolapsed. If the these lumps are tender on touch then there is possibility of  hemorrhoids.
These hemorrhoids can be diagnosed by rectal or physical examinations.  So, it will be good to see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
