Manufacturers of some over the counter products containing shark liver oil claim its efficacy for penis enlargement. But this claim is without any scientific evidence. Shark liver oil contains pristane, omega-3 fatty acids, triglycerides, vitamins A, D, fatty alcohols, pristane, squalene, glycerol ethers, and alkylglycerols. Shark liver oil is being used by fishermen for centuries to treat wounds, sores, respiratory tract problems, alimentary canal problems, and hemorrhoids.
