Some people enjoy exercise, personally I do not. It will give you a rush of endorphins that will make you feel better afterwards though.
Music typically helps, also. I play guitar, and when I am feeling in a bad or angry mood, I can sometimes jam away and the loud noise or the sound of the music helps.
