The main sites for Mayo clinics are to be found in Rochester, Minnesota (where the Mayo Clinics were founded).; Scottsdale and Phoenix in Arizona, and in Jacksonville, Florida. There are a number of smaller, additional sites to be found in Minnesota, along with clinics in Iowa, Georgia and Wisconsin.
