How do I get an overweight wife to work out/diet when she is also pregnant?

You can get her on basically any diet, but make sure it's ok for the baby's needs too. No junk food, only water and whole milk, and all food has to be home made. Take your wife out to walk daily, maybe to the beach or the park. She should do a yoga class too. She shouldn't do push ups and crunches or running or like fasting, for the baby's health and safety of course. It's not going to be easy, be it'll be worth it , as long as she's deticated. The truth is, you can't get someone to do anything...

You can only suggest something for them, then it is up to them whether or not they want to act on it or not.

You need to come at this from a fun angle, where both you and your wife would both be working out together...make it a fun activity.

Make sure you too are making healthier eating choices along with her....simply choosing to eat healthier alternatives to foods you already eat in and of itself may be enough to see some weight loss.

Ex: Replacing pizza with homemade pizza made on pita bread...replacing donuts with muffins, candy with fruit...etc..

Its not uncommon for overweight women to lose some weight during a pregnancy...

Once they start on a weight loss journey, just  make sure they educate themselves on how to lose the weight effectively.
