How do you work out hard?

You workout 'hard' by:

-increasing the intensity/duration of your cardio

OR...

-increasing the weights you're lifting for your various exercises

OR...

-shortening the duration between each of your weight lifting sets.

Keep your motivation up and work out hard in this way...

Simple :)

Tips suggested before are good, but for me personally its better to make your training harder. For example:

Are you doing push-up on both hands? Try to switch to one hand.

With squats and benchpresses its the same thing.

This is for me hard work out. I am currently working on my abs.
