Hi, How can I loose a couple of dress sizes fast? Need to fit into a dress for a wedding that is in a couple of weeks.

Two ways

1: Moderate use of methamphetamine and a moderate exercise routine (generally frowned upon, also illegal)

2: Moderation. 

However, some additional tips/tricks I've learned along the way are:

Nothing but veggies after appx 6 pm (assuming you're a 9-5 er)

If you are NOT exercising or doing the bare minimum-NO carbs after 2 pm at least 5 days of the week.

LOWfat= better than NOfat

Low sodium/low carbs for the short term (as in your case)// Low fat/low sugar for the long term.

No one likes hearing this one: High fructose corn syrup... Metabolized and recognized by the human body exactly the same as pure cane sugar.  Save some $ and remind yourself of moderation.

Dip your fork in the bowl of dressing, THEN get your salad bite.  Don't pour it all over salad- this costs you almost 3x the calories

People may (well, WILL) look at you funny, but I promise- a burger/sandwich tastes the same with just ONE piece of bread!

I am currently working on a natural weight loss book. My best advice is to read labels and eliminate all artificial sweeteners, especially high fructose corn syrup -- #1 cause of obesity in America today. Reduce or eliminate sugar; and eat only natural foods -- fruits, vegetables, lean meats. Avoid all processed foods (anything that comes in a package).

Eat plenty of raw cabbage, broccoli and brussel sprouts to reduce belly fat. A half of grapefruit daily or following each meal will also help eliminate fat. Get lots of protein -- lean meat, eggs, chicken, fish, etc.

Do not eat a full meal after 7 p.m,, and drink lots of water. Be disciplined and watch the pounds melt away.

Start your lunches and dinners off with a small cup of soup. Of course, the soup shouldn’t be cream based; a broth will work very well.
The warm soup will help to make your stomach feel fuller so that you eat less at the meal that follows. This is also a good trick if you are going out to eat. Have that bowl of soup before you go to curb your temptation for larger portions.

You can walk just a few times a week and burn the calories that you want to burn. Thirty minutes a day is the best way, but if you don’t have that much time, try to split it up over the course of the day—say ten minutes three times a day, or just try to fit in three good thirty minute walks a week.

If you really want to jump start some weight loss, eat steamed vegetables at every meal. Not only do they have a slightly diuretic effect (makes you lose water weight), but they also energize your body to keep making great choices.

You can lose a significant amount of weight very quickly, but you must plan it very carefully. Losing weight quickly involves these three components...

1.  Nutrition. What you eat is so important. Of course, eliminate all sweets and junk food. Minimize meat intake and maximize vegetables and fruits, particularly leafy greens.

2. Hydration. Be sure to drink lots of water and avoid becoming thirsty.

3. Activity. You must follow an exercise plan that burns a lot of calories in a minimum amount of time.
