It really depends on your fitness goals. There is really no one size fits all. But in general, at least 3 meals per day: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is standard.

Three heathy meals a day.

1800 -2000 calories a day for women

2200 - 2500 calories for men

Always take consideration in physical activity and adjust lower or higher depending on the amount of phsyical activity

5-7 portions of vegetables and fruits  (contained in your hands size)

46g Protein for women, 56g protein for men

230g carbohydrates (preferably wholegrains)
