There is no particular exercise that a person HAS to do until and unless you enjoy it. If you take an exercise as a duty then it will not at all help you lose weight or get in shape! You should do an exercise you enjoy, like dancing, jogging, or anything! This will get you in shape as well as give you happiness rather than act as a duty! So the physical activity you enjoy doing, do it half an hour daily and you can even increase the time day by day! :)
