I am a 13 year old boy, I am fit when it comes to weights, and i look fit "enough".. However after weights today I tried to go for a run and only barely made it 600m, why is this and does any body have a routing to help me with this?

Your body needs recovery time. You're going from resistance training to cardiovascular training on the same day. Your body is going to be taxed out. Separate the days you do weights and the days you run. Hydrate yourself constantly and feed your body some nutrient dense foods that contain good lean protein, fibrous carbohydrates (fruits and veggies) and healthy fats (fish, nuts, seeds).
