Your blood is red, although there's a common misconception that inside your body it is blue.

The "myth" goes that, while your blood is deoxygenated, it remains blue in color, and only turns red once it's exposed to oxygen. Hence the blue color of veins...

This is wrong.

The blue color comes from the way lightwaves travel through the skin. The blood travelling through your veins is definitely red.

Not only that, but the idea that they're not exposed to oxygen is also wrong (although the oxygen levels venous blood is lower than that of blood carried through arteries).

Blue inside your body as soon as air hits it than blood turns red

You ever see when you're getting lab work done the blood in vials appears to be dark color? Sort of also hard say it's actually red
