No, but they'll probably have worse internal injuries and back and neck injuries. Their facial injuries will be significantly worse as well. There's a reason the shoulder/lap belt system was set up to be worn a certain way. When it's not worn the way intended they will actually intensify injuries. You're still better off wearing it wrong than not wearing at all.
