If the anger is interfering with your day to day life then I would seek out professional help with either a therapist or Psychiatrist. If it just happens now and then you need to find out what triggers the anger and address it. You could try taking your anger out on a punching bag or go swim a lot of laps or do like me, if i'm having a rough day and I feel anger (for what ever reason) start to take hold I take my dogs out for a jog and clear my head. Sometimes just removing yourself from the situation is all you need..... (:
