I go for a walk up and down the street once after every meal. Sometimes two times. Depends how my joints are feeling. My autoimmune issues destroyed my hip joint and I'm doing my best to make it better. (which means I have to walk every day to prevent myself from getting crippled) I did improve big time over the past 5 weeks which is good.
I try to every day. It's minimal but better than nothing.
Every day, three times a day. Push ups, sit ups and the like.
Then I walk the dog four times a day.
Every morning, Everyday,
Running / Sit ups/ Push ups/Pull ups/ Bunch of different crunches/
I noticed my body lose it's flexibility in compare how it used to be, So recently started some type of yoga to reach my ideal point. As I love soccer, Always do soccer training as well.
I generally take a long walk every morning but now that Summer is here and it's good and hot, I walk my dog and then swim at least twice a day every day. To me, swimming isn't an exercise but pure pleasure as I love the water !
I do my fitness every week each time is 2 hours, and one more time is doing dancing exercise, but this one I don't do it every week, because it's an outside doing, so when it rains, then we can't do it. I keep doing it every week as I know at least we need to do some exercises in life for maintaining the health.
Everday in the morning and Evening
I do recommend everyday morning workout.
I do it daily.
I bicycle just about everyday even the days my arthritis is killing me
