I usually walk my dog for a couple of blocks. It tires she and I out and we both sleep like a baby.

Scientists say it's not a good idea, but I find that a movie, tv episode, or playing a video game helps me to unwind before falling asleep for the night. It relieves stress for me. Best of luck!

For me, it's just laying on my bed and hour or so before I want to sleep and reading a good book. My mind gets into the book and I forget about anything that happened during the day or any other worries! To me, reading is the best way to relax and sleep comfortably.

I usually have a cup of sleepytime tea and read for a bit before bed. Helps me to relax. I also have a nice jersey that I spray with polo black and have it around me, it comforts me and I sleep like a baby.

I'm usually online till about 2 or 3am, often on Blurtit, so by the time I hit the hay I'm usually asleep very quickly. Maybe you could try that? ;)

I'm also quite a heavy sleeper, so probably not the best person to answer your question I guess!

But in other sleep-related news... I've started using a "social alarm clock" app called Wakie (https://wakie.com/) to wake me up each day.

It allows me to set a time for when I want to be woken up, and then a user from the community calls me through the app and tells me to wake up. We have a short conversation (I think they're limited to 60 seconds), and it's such a cool way to start the day.

Haha, I'm usually in bed at the same time, getting distracted by one online game or another! Sometimes it works for me an sometimes it doesn't, but then again, I'm a special case.

And wow! That sounds like the coolest app ever!

Hi Bethany,

Tranax 1mg is best medicine for sleeping. With Tranax you can sleep comfortably. I used it. I don't feel any side effects of this medicine.

I listen to audio books, usually to a story I'm already familiar with. When I was in school, many years ago, after lunch our teacher would read to us. We had an actual lunch and recess break! She would read for 20 minutes and it was ok to lay your head on your desk as you listened to the story.  So, it's relaxing to me to listen to a book while I go to sleep. Reminds me of simpler times.
