I've always preferred Polarized myself. I think they take out a lot more of the Sun's glare!
Is it better to have polarized sunglasses or regular?
I don't know I don't wear sunglasses.
I've been wearing polarized prescription lenses for over 45 years.
Just can't beat them for general outdoor activity when the light is highly polarized.

Probably polarized, but many mobile phone screens are not readable while wearing them, so if you use your phone as a GPS with google maps in the car, it makes it hard to see the screen.
