I have an iud. I'm 20. my symptoms are sore nipps, pain in both my sides by my kidney, dehydration, pain in my lower back etc... home pregnancy test came back negative. I'm worried i might be pregnant. What do I do?

Well they don't sound like pregnancy symptoms, so the negative test doesn't surprise me. But it is something you need to see you doctor about. And I would not do a wait see, Call and make an appointment soon. It might be minor, but it could turn serious soon. If you start to run a fever go to the ER.
