What is the best exercise program is recommended for a woman to flatten her belly and perk up her breast? I am not trying to get to thin, but I am trying to get the Wright balance so I look good.
I love this Youtube channel. They have very specific workouts for abs,
butt, (maybe chest?) etc. For women. It has whipped me into shape for a
flat tummy for a new dress. As far as breasts, I've tried a lot... Rarely do the gimmicks work. What does work however, is building the muscles beneath the breasts for an appearance of being larger. Push-ups, butterfly chest movements, and the like will help with that over time. Here's the link for the channel:
