Do vapor cigs "dry you out" my sister said they do and very much so. I would have thought real cigs would dry you out if anything?

I've read that you must stay hydrated when using those vape cigs as they do have a tendency to dry you out. Especially your lips. Something about one of the chemicals in them. I've never tried them ever but had to dig around and found out your sister is probably right.
