My blood pressure is 106 over 72 and my pulse rate keep going from 106 to 128 is that a cause for alarm?

There's a lot of variables here. Normally a blood pressure of 106/72 is not cause for alarm. Your pulse rate is somewhat elevated, but again only cause for alarm if it stays elevated, > 115....some variables to consider, how old are you? Are you exercising? Are you sick? Are you having trouble breathing? What medications are you taking? If these numbers are outside of your "norm" or you feel bad, go get checked out.
