I got a cramp recently on the back of my calf muscle for my left leg, and it is still a bit painful 2 days on. It's not that painful, it just feels like it needs to be stretched but it hurts. What's up with my leg?

Sounds like a Charlie horse. They are an intense muscle cramp that will leave the muscle sore for several days. Try eating a couple of bananas, supplement your diet with magnesium, drink plenty of water also....this should help prevent you from getting any more cramps.
