I just discovered an ingrown hair today, it was unnoticeable and then it was just there. It's very large but doesn't have a head. What do I do?

I've only had two.  I sterilized tweezers to pluck them out.  One of them needed a sterilized sewing needle to poke and pull it out.  To sterilize, just dip the tool in alcohol, peroxide, or boil it.  Here's a link that has illustrations:

Try applying warm compresses to the area, this will draw the infection out and make it easier to remove the hair.

Try soaking a folded piece of tissue with hydrogen peroxide and covering the are with it. Chances are it will come to a head much quicker and drain itself.
