I have a few :) I'm in therapy dealing with one that almost ruined me earlier this year  .,,,, nope ... Late last year .. I had a bad last 3 months  of. 2015  though :/ I'm a happy person but people like me who seem to have it together and who are happy can crack too... I really cracked and it was not pretty.  I'm stronger now though for it ... .BAM ! Edit !!! I've never tried to fake that I have my shizit together on this site .... But people in my daily life think I have life by the ...;)

Yes, caffiene . If for some reason I don't drink my morning coffee I get a headache. Within a few minutes of drinking coffee, the headache goes away.
