Sorry my friend but unfortunately none of us can change what Mother Nature has in store for us including age, height, and weight so we get what we get and just have to learn to deal with it. You can always blame your Parents as its their genes that decide what you become here. I can go on for hours but actually this is nothing but a fancy way of saying THERES NO WAY!! Sorry and good luck
