Someone has, possibly you?
I'm one of those people who likes to try everything once .. So I've tried lots of fad things ... I've done Thai kick boxing ... Pilates ... Hung upside down in Gravity boots ... Once I decided I was gonna start running and bought a bunch of awesome cute running wear then fell and skinned my knee after 7ish minutes :/ And lots of other stuff :) Ive also tried meditation...its kinda dumb. It's just sitting quietly and trying to make your mind go blank or someting like that and expecting to find some inner peace or something .. I just started thinking about what I wanted to eat later. I wasn't anxious about it though. So short answer ... No. :)
