Is there a safe way to check if im allergic to something?

There are FDA approved "At Home Allergy Test Kits." They range in price from around $12-90 dollars. By searching the words I put in quotes, you can find both articles to explain them and kits for sale.

Please don't try DIY methods, and realize there are some tests best done by a medical professional.

You can do allergy testing through your doctor. They do a series of pin pricks and check the reactions to them.

You can go to the doctor and have an allergy test done. The most common test is a skin prick test, where a small amount of the potential allergen is put into your skin. If you are allergic, the skin will become itchy and red. You can also do food challenges to check whether you are allergic to certain foods.
