Sure you can, especially if you are driving or flying an airplane.
No. Not really. People often "feel" like they're dying, but they aren't.
"The chest pain you experience during an anxiety attack is real, not imagined. But it's pain in your chest muscles, not your heart. Those muscles hurt because you've been breathing in a way which makes them tight and tense. The sensation of not getting enough air is also due to the shallow breathing." From anxietycoach.com
I suppose it's possible, if something additional occurs as a result. For example, if you're driving at the time and crash your car. The car crash actually would be the cause of death. People with severe heart disease could possibly have a heart attack precipitated, but these scenarios are unlikely.

It depends on the cause and the condition of the person.
Generally, panic attacks can easily take someone's life. Specially if the person have a certain panic toward a certain subject.
For instance, if someone afraid of height, you put them in high place and makes them vulnerable as they might fall down any second, they might not be able to handle the challenge and whether get unconscious or die.

It's highly unlikely
Depends on the situation, but it's rare to see that someone died due to panic attack.
It has been known to happen but extremely rare especially from the panic attack itself. Now depending on a persons body, a panic attack can trigger other things that could possible be fatal especially in older folks. So it is possible but depends a lot on the circumstances surrounding it
No but if you're very old and fragile it would most likely happen.
No .. Directly you can not die from a Panic attack .. However, indirectly, a panic attack can trigger other fatal health issues .. Like a heart attack (for example)

Dear Megan Goodgirl,
In 1958, when not much was known about panic attacks, doctors told us my dear auntie could die at any time...we should prepare to lose her, severe heart condition.
Well Aunt Laura eventually died in April 2004, and she was almost 106... turns out her heart condition was quite mild, and the doctors made their prognosis largely from her symptoms - which turned out to be panic attacks.

Panic attacks are extremely distressing, but in and of themselves do not cause death.
