What is causing this?
I had diarrhea all through the night and bitter tasting burps. I just got out the toilet with a huge round of diarrhea, but my stomach still hurts from the belly button and below. I have emetophobia which is the fear of throwing up, so I'm really scared. What is causing this? Will I throw up? I also don't have a fever.
