You should go to doctor to check and receive some useful advices.
Do not worry too much for this. You are in the puberty period and your body grows and develops everyday. I think you have a good routine of exercise but you have not mentioned your daily diet. I only advise you have a balanced diet, with more vegetables, fruits and fish and less fast foods. Hopefully you're always healthy!
If you are thinking you may be overweight, you are not. You about perfect. You are active and muscle weighs more than fat. Keep up all the activity!
