before I look at a clock, I think "if its this certain time I'm going to die". I have to stare at things until they look "right" & until they do I have to hold my breath. I have to widen my eyes until they feel "right" and can't blink until they do etc. Do I have OCD?

It could be OCD, the way to deal with it is to tell the thought stop or ignore the thought, and not carry out the behaviour. The more you do the complusion the worse it gets. You can't stop the thought that's why its intrusive, but you can refuse to carry out the complusion. Talk to your doctor see what they have to say, if it is OCD, cognitive behavioural therapy can help.
