What do you like and dislike about going to the dentist?

I hate the whole thing .... Have an appointment tomorrow and am not looking forward to it.

I just don't like it at all although I do well.

I like nothing and dislike everything!

I hate it when they say "this won't hurt a bit". They always lie!!!

I love the laughing gas, good sh*t maaaaaannnnn.

Love the dentist... Hate the $1300.  I feel he overcharged me 😔 by $800... But.... Cause they can.

When they choose a spot on a tooth, and just scrape, scrape scrape scrape scrape scrape scrape . . . .

I sometimes say "Enough . . . I submit that what whatever appears to be there is part of your imagination or it's there to stay."

Any scraping on my teeth is like nails on a chalkboard . . .

What I like is how clean my teeth feel afterwards. I can feel when it is getting close to the time to go in for a cleaning, and I go in a few weeks. What I hate is having to keep my mouth open. I have a small mouth and tend to bite because I can't keep it open. (I know, me with a small mouth and not opening it doesn't sound right at all.)

I have searched and found a dentist that is kinder and wants you pain free. My hygienist is equally so. If there is a stubborn spot instead of scraping and scraping she gets out the water blaster and power washes it.

Nowadays only the bill causes pain---and unfortunately, by the time you get back to the front desk, the anesthesia is already wearing off.

I don't like anything in particular, but I don't dislike it. I hate the dentists that make you jam that plastic thingy in your teeth (even if your teeth have no spaces) so it hurts

I get this cheap toothbrush and toothpaste and I hate when they use that electric toothbrush thing when they clean my teeth! I always wanted to use water and get the toothpaste out of my mouth

I do not like to go to the dentist even if I am not a kid. When I was 8
years old, I had a tooth pulled out as it was decayed. I was in pain because of that. Since that
day, I always make excuses
so that I do not go to the dental surgeon.

I love the smell! Some people really hate it, it freaks them out. Not me. It's one of my favorite smells out there :D

Whenever I go to my dentist in Bondi Junction I tend to linger around a bit longer so I can smell it as long as possible :D
