Yes it actually exist (CDK) congenital dislocation of the knees is a rare genetic condition.

My sister could bend her thumb all the way back.... Not her knees but... She use to like to gross me out with it! 😅

The girl on the cable show manages to "walk"
and to climb stairs.

Essentially, she learns forward with her hands on her feet and crawls as we would crawl on our knees.
