Out of long distance running, pick-up soccer, and pick-up basketball, why do I feel the most tired/have the most intense workout when playing soccer, and the least with playing basketball? Is this normal?

Head concussion. ..lol.

Idk.. Perhaps with soccer you are using all your muscles at one time or the use of your head and neck muscles makes more of a difference.

Ask your teammates if they're more tired as well....
