Over weight is also one cause of knee knocking. Knees get close because your outer thigh muscles get strong and inner thigh muscles get weak i.e. Your “hamstring” (inner thigh muscle) and related “glute” (not inner thigh muscle) muscles get weak which causes knee to get close.

I want to share some very important information with you, based on my own experience. The fact is that at an early age I was diagnosed with a curvature of the knees. Doctors assured my parents that this problem would go away with age, but this didn't happen. I'm currently undergoing treatment to correct deformity and knock knees. I want to share this article with you so that you can determine the curvature of the knees in your child in time.
