My mom is making me see a therapist I’m ashamed what do I do?

Megan, I have been seeing a therapist for years and I see no shame and sorry you feel bad, I know all too well about this I've been in therapy since age 20/21 and I'm age 54 (( Hugs)) Hope you feel better Megan :) 👼🙏
