The only 2 "true" lifts in weightlifting (specifically referred to as Olympic weightlifting; rather than weight training- of which the above example defines) are the snatch and the clean & jerk.  A super set in WEIGHTLIFTING would be to combo 2 training lifts back to back that are related to snatch and clean & jerk.  For example doing 5 heaving snatch balances followed by 5 overhead squats would be a super set.  For a super set in clean & jerk, one might execute a number of repetitions of cleans back to back to back from the hang, more from the mid-thigh position and then still more from the ground at sub maximal training loads.

A Superset is known as a set of two or more exercises in a row, once these two exercises are complete a rest break is taken. In the superset you can warm up two body parts together, however for best results make sure you make it work with opposing body parts. For example: - you can do the chest and the back together, the exercise for the chest is Flat Bench Press and the exercise for the back is the Seated Cable Rows. You can also use the shoulders and LATS combination, for the shoulders you can work out with the shoulder press from the front or from the back; you can also use the barbells and the dumbbells. Other exercise you can do is shoulder with grip on the upright rows.
