It is easy to calculate your body weight in stones, pounds or Kg. Pound is the smallest unit of all can be calculated easily on a body scale. You must know that 1 kg is equal to 2.20462262 pound and 1 stone is equal to 14 pounds. So, if you know you weight in kilograms, convert it into pounds and then divide it by 14 to obtain the stone measurement. Let me give you a small illustration. Say, my body weight is 60 kilograms. Since 1 kilogram is 2.20462262 pound, I can calculate the pound measurement by multiplying 60 by 2.20462262 pound which is 132.24 which is my body weight in pounds. Now, to convert pounds into stones I will divide 132.24 by 14 since 1 stone is 14 pounds. This gives me 9.44, so I can say that my body weight is 60 kilograms or 132.24 pounds or 9.44 stones.
