Eat a lot and exercise. Well, its more of a balance. The exercise should help build muscle and the food should thicken the thighs.
Do squats it helps create muscles in the thighs and muscle in the butt to o.O hah and go running !!
Skinny girls are all the rage these days. Why on earth would you want thick thighs? Be who you are,gravity and time will catch you soon enough.
Why would you want thick thighs! I have thick thighs and I look like crap....well ppl say I don't but I think I do....but seriously why would you want that?!
