If you're asking if your Canadian healthcare still works, while you attend an American college ... I believe it does, as long as you are a Canadian citizen.  It would be pretty worthless, if it didn't cover you outside Canada.

Thank you for your response! Honestly I was vegetarian for a month or 2 sometime last year and it actually made me feel, healthier? For some reason whenever I eat like meat and chicken I always get sharp pains in my ribs and I didn’t have to deal with that then, so that’s a plus.
