So my girlfriend lives in Liverpool and I live in North Wales, which isn't that far apart but we can't meet up as she thinks an hour is too short to meet each other. Is there anything else we can do together?

I guess if she's not willing to travel or meet up, then your only options are to continue the relationship online, or break up.

i have little headache, in right side. already tried of many type of medical treatment but still suffering. Any good lifestyle change be accepted ?

You should eat more fruits and vegetation. Also to you might need to drink lots of water and stay cool. Also try to give yourself a time or place to relax. First verify with you doctor if you can take mortin for your headaches.
