There doesnt seem to be a serious problem, at your age your periods will be very irregular and will settle down into a cycle soon, if this goes on for much longer then seek medical advice but it seems to me as if you just need to give your period a chance to settle down :)

Pregnant, hormone levels or menopause - could have something to do with any contraception your using too !!!
