Yes has a horrible smell that you only seem to notice once you have stopped taking the drug ,seems to come out your pores its a nasty stale smell enough to put me of taking it !
I know for a fact because I have been on the methadone program for over 2 years now, it smells like a mixtures or orange and it kinda has a chemical smell to it. Its its own smell, not really anything you can compare it too.
