Usually, pregnancy is not possible if you don't have periods. To get pregnant, You should have normal hormonal levels, ovulatory periods, normal sperm count of partner, and free from any congenital disease. You should get investigated for hormones like estrogen, progesterone and prolactin. An ultrasound using transvaginal probe will enable to diagnose about polycystic ovarian disease. Tests for ovulation can detect approximate ovulatory dates. But no body know you become normal in any cycle and get pregnant without having periods.
