Would have to see a picture. By the way, don't post one here. This site is far to public. You could be, sure. If you are worried, the worst thing you can do is stop eating. What you need to do is exercise. Even if your Body Mass Index states that you are a good weight, exercising can give you energy, and can make you feel better about yourself. Also, eating food is correct portions helps maintain a healthy weight. I was told by a nutritionist that your body generally craves what it needs. Where you get into trouble is when you eat to much of it. Sugar cravings are really an addiction, so saying that to get a slice of pie after dinner won't help you.
If you crave meat, then eat meat, just not a mountain of it.
The major problem with obesity, is that people that are overweight get depressed about it, instead of empowering themselves. They feel as if it is the end. So they eat more to feel better, since eating helps people go to "Their happy place"
The other end is thin people you gain an ounce and then stop eating for a month.
Be the smart one. Feel good about yourself. Take a walk every day, and cut back on the pie and you'll be healthy. Maybe not built like Jason Stathom, but healthy. That is what is truly important.

It isn't really  overboard at where you are at now, but for your weight and height, you don't really want to gain too much more until you grow, or start an exercise regimen. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
